What is kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened tea drink commonly consumed for its health benefits.
How long will the kombucha last in my fridge?
We recommend consuming kombucha within 6 months.
It is naturally highly acidic, which prevents it from pathogens and spoiling.
Kombucha also contains natural living yeast and bacteria cultures that produce carbon dioxide (carbonation). It should be kept refrigerated at 33-40°F so the organisms remain in a near dormant state.
Can you drink kombucha while pregnant?
Probably not. Although our kombucha is non-alcoholic, it is unpasteurized and may contain traces of naturally occurring alcohol.
